Combining creative marketing ideas with sound beverage operations, Paul has created highly successful food and beverage programs and promotions throughout his career.
Paul got his beverage start in the craft beer business where he ran breweries and created and launched successful new products. He eventually left the craft beer industry to focus on the hospitality side of the Food and Beverage business.
